1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services offered by LovingLight ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at MyLovingLight.com, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2 Services Provided
LovingLight provides care-related services to clients and families in the Princeton, TX area. Specific services are outlined in your individual service agreement or care plan. LovingLight reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3 Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or are a legally authorized guardian
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
4 Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information (contact details, medical/care needs, etc.)
- Communicate any changes to care needs or schedules in a timely manner
- Treat LovingLight staff with respect and professionalism
- Ensure a safe environment for our caregivers when services are rendered in your home
5 Scheduling & Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance as agreed upon in your care plan
- Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement
- LovingLight reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to caregiver availability, emergencies, or unsafe conditions
6 SMS & Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from LovingLight related to:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Care schedule updates
- Hiring and employment-related communications
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms of Service for full details.
7 Payment Terms
- Payment for services is due as outlined in your individual service agreement
- LovingLight accepts all major credit cards and standard payment methods
- Overdue balances may be subject to late fees or suspension of services
- All fees are subject to change with reasonable advance notice
8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LovingLight shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Delays or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., emergencies, natural disasters, illness)
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9 Confidentiality
LovingLight is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose personal or care-related information to unauthorized third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on MyLovingLight.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LovingLight and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.
11 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
12 Changes to These Terms
LovingLight reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on MyLovingLight.com with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
